Nora was born on November 12, 2017 at thirty weeks pregnancy at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. She was ten weeks premature and weighed 2 pounds 4 ounces. When she was 5 days old she was transferred to Children’s Hospital and underwent intestinal surgery two days later. Then doctors discovered a coarctation, a heart defect which would require surgery....
