Kathleen Helen Kington passed away peacefully at her home in Irwin on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 attaining the age of 80 years and 6 days. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rosella and Raymond Kasperbauer; daughter, Kristine Thielen; sisters, Sandra Nelson and Shirley Brensel.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 60 years, Larry Kington of Irwin, IA; son, Scott (Jolene) Kington of Columbia, MO; grandchildren, Sophia Kington, Owen Kington, Jessica Thielen, Michael Thielen and Ashley Thielen; 11 great grandchildren; siblings, Denny Kasperbauer of Carroll, IA,Carol Beam of Defiance, IA and Allen Kasperbauer of Goodyear, AZ; many other relatives and friends.
