Jason Roger Chisholm was born February 29, 1972 in Ida Grove, Iowa to Roger and Mary (Hollander) Chisholm. He spent his youthful years as a rambunctious boy. He loved to be outside or taking apart any machine just to see how they worked. This was when he developed his love for anything with a motor. He graduated from Schleswig High School in 1990. He then joined the United States Army and completed basic training in Fort Jackson, South Carolina then transferring to Fort Benning, Georgia. Jason was united in marriage where he welcomed his 2 daughters, Kelsey and Emily into the world. He loved to take his daughters on car rides to De Soto Bend or on any other adventure. He served many years on the Kiron Fire Department. He developed a passion for golf, achieving a Hole In 1 at M&M Golf Course. He also had a passion for restoring classic cars and tractors. In 2011, Jason met the love of his life, Monica Siegner. They went on to share many adventures traveling together. They married on November 25, 2022. He owned his own business Chisholm Electric for many years before he went to work at EvapCo where he was presently employed. He took great pride in his 9 grandchildren. He loved to show his grandchildren his love for motors by taking them on rides on the side by side or go-kart. He passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at Creighton Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.

He is survived by his wife, Monica Chisholm; mother, Mary Chisholm; mother-in-law, Joyce Siegner; daughters, Kelsey (Leland) Baxley and Emily (Jonathan) Fast; stepchildren, Cody (Kaitlin) Higgins and Jamie Clinton; sister, Carmen Schmidt; siblings-in-law, Cathy Strong, Judy Richardson, Cindy Williamson, Mary Bernholtz, Joe (Janey) Siegner, John (Mary) Siegner, Betsy (Randy) Landon, Pete Siegner, Paul (Lisa) Siegner; grandchildren, Natalie, Emma, Grant, and Millie Baxley, James, Luke, and Piper Fast, Ariana and Freya Higgins; nieces, Sarah (Tanner) Schultz and Abbey (Jacob) Macumber; beloved dog, Cooper; many extended family and friends.
