William Quinn (Papa Bill) Norelius, the son of E.A. and Lucille Quinn Norelius is survived by his wife, Diane (Jenkins) Norelius, three children – Kris Norelius and husband Dan Ertel of Eugene, Oregon, Erik Norelius and wife, Brenda of Conifer, Colorado, and Juli Nelson and husband Brad, of Denison – six grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, one step-greatgrandchild and sister, Mary Sander of Longmont, Colorado.
