Phyllis passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 6, 2026 at the Crawford County Memorial Hospital in Denison, Iowa attaining the age of eighty-one years, seven months, and twenty-nine days. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Vernon Origer and Vera (Grems) Origer; brother, James Origer; and partner, Don Uker.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 at 10:30AM at the United Presbyterian Church in Denison, Iowa, followed by lunch.
