Kristi Kloewer

Today we lay our mom, grandma, sister, sister-in-law, cousin, friend to many to rest.

Mary Kristen Kloewer, was born December 18, 1969. She was the daughter of Norbert (Nub) Kloewer and Patricia (Pat) Cunningham. Kristi was the youngest of seven kids. Needless to say, she was spoiled and knew exactly how to get her way. Mom spoiled her into her adult life - they had a very special bond. Some might say some of the siblings were jealous - LOL - Kristi was always right we were told!!

Kristi was a hard, dedicated worker. She had many talents and eager to learn. She was a long-time employee at CDS. She also worked at Subs & Suds. She is the one that got up early to make the hoagie buns.

Kristi was also a good cook. She was a meat and potato kind of girl. She also enjoyed gardening. We all agree her greatest accomplishment was Josh and Emily. She was so proud of them both. When she talked about them, she would have a huge smile.

Kristi leaves behind Josh (Lexi) Gessert and a granddaughter on the way. Emily (Michael) Gessert and a grandson on the way. A very special friend, Rick. Sisters, Kathy (Steve) Carol, Connie (Larry) and brother, Doug (Lora). Many nieces and nephews and many friends.

Kristi passed away on April 3, 2026, she was proceeded in death by her dad (Nub) and mom (Pat); brothers, Jerry and Tony.

Our family of nine is now four. We are all struggling with Kristi's passing and keep asking why but someone above us knows the answer. Kloewer's are strong and we will always remember Kristi and her giggle. We love you Kristi and you will be missed.
